The Kettler Recumbent S is equipped with an integrated Polar compatible receiver for use with a chest belt for pulse measurement (sold separately). Fitted a unique Pulse Hold function, at the press of a button the machine automatically adjusts resistance once your target heart rate is achieved. This ensures you maintain your target heart rate as you continue with your workout.
