The Spada Racing Dual Indoor Bike is a stylish, high performance offering from the BH Fitness Spada Series. Featuring a 20kg flywheel and magnetic resistance, it delivers smooth, quiet pedalling through an extensive 24 intensity levels. Featuring a chain-free Poly-V belt drive, it’s incredibly low maintenance too.

The user-friendly LCD console makes performance tracking simple. You can view all your key workout feedback on the display and adjust your workout with the easy to follow buttons. A receiver for telemetric heart rate monitoring is integrated in the console to enable optional wireless heart rate monitoring on your mobile device. (Heart rate monitor required - sold separately*).

WORKOUTS AND DUALKIT BE

The Spada Racing Dual comes with 12 stimulating workout programmes. You can create 5 custom workouts, try the Fitness Test with controlled recovery or get your body guessing with the Random programme setting, which creates a new workout every time. It also features i.Concept technology and comes with the Dual Kit BE free of charge. This allows you to access iConcept fitness apps including BH by Kinomap, Cycle on Earth, Pedal Monitor and more. You can also go online, update your social networks or watch TV while training. Simply connect your Smartphone or tablet** using the USB port.

COMFORT FEATURES

For superior comfort, the bike features an ergonomic road bike saddle providing the most realistic cycling feel with a comfort gel seat. The dual SPD trekking pedals offer standard baskets or cycling clips, while the ergonomic and time trial handlebars offer flexibility for different training sessions. Both the seat and handlebars can be adjusted vertically or horizontally to achieve the exact right fit for you.

The Spada Dual Cycle is fitted with transport wheels, making it easy to store away when not in use.
