The BH Fitness BT Aero Bicycling Training Bike brings the feeling of cycling outdoors indoors. Thanks to Tri-Advance Ergonomy, the BT Aero is equipped with a lower handlebar to simulate road bike positioning and features a shorter bottom bracket – just 158mm – for the most realistic feel available!

Designed for regular cycling workouts at home, the bike features a solid steel frame providing the stability you need for intense training sessions. With almost infinite resistance, adjusted via the simple dial, it’s ideal for all fitness levels. It comes equipped with dual SPD trekking pedals offering standard baskets or cycling clips to fit to different shoes and both the ergonomically-designed saddle and handlebars can be adjusted horizontally or vertically for a custom fit.

The bike features an easy-to-use LCD console for easy progress tracking. The LCD display shows your speed, distance, time, calories, RPM and pulse rate. A receiver for telemetric heart rate monitoring is integrated in the console and also offers optional wireless heart rate monitoring (chest strap sold separately).

The bike is fitted with transport wheels, making it easy to store away when not in use.
